  I go to this location whenever I need to freshen up! I have had nothing but amazing experiences over the past couple years. The front desk coordinator always greets me with a friendly smile and knows exactly who I am and what service I am getting. The esthetician's I have met have always been very kind and my services are done perfectly. I always recommend this location to anyone I know who needs anything from manicure to wax.

  Rude front desk staff. My experience with the same girl twice. She is not a stylist nor a manager, which is hardly surprising. She refused to accept a product with a faulty sprayer. Second visit she refused to sell me a product I wanted. I had asked her to move the sticker so I could read the ingredients. Her snarly reply: "we don't do that here". Nasty lady! She should not be greeting customers. I will take my business elsewhere.

  I am writing this review a year later, as I am still very upset with this particular salon, however I do want to acknowledge the customer service of the management. I made an appointment here for the day before my wedding, 6 months in advance. They lost my booking, but still fit me in. I showed up 7 minutes late due to an accident on the highway, this was my fault, I apologized. They refused to do my gel manicure as I was late. The esthetician said I should be happy with what I get. I cried. She was done my regular polish early and swept the floors and chatted at the front desk, I’m not sure why she couldn’t spare the 7 minutes while I was waiting for my mom. I would have tipped accordingly. She kept staring at me with a smirk. I complained to ecotique and they offered to send someone to my house to redo my nails late that night and offered me a free manicure later. This was excellent of them I thought! So good job from management, not sure about the people who work at this location. It’s too bad, I bought all my bumble and bumble hair product here and went monthly to this location. They lost a loyal customer. (Note: I deleted my review a year ago because I felt bad complaining. I don’t write bad reviews. But if you have an important occasion I’d go somewhere more dependable).

  I had one negative experience over a year ago with the front desk lady mixing up my appointment and then was rude to me about it and did not want to do anything fix it but the aesthetician who was working overhead and gladly stayed past her shift to get me in and didn’t charge me for it either so I continued coming back and have always been happy since, the front desk lady they have now is always friendly and helpful. Alecia is amazing for waxing and had my first massage there today which was one of the best ones I have ever had. The only slight complaint I have is even with an appointment and being on time i find I pretty much always still have to wait an extra 10-15 minuets to actually start my appointment
